Magazine Ads:

Client agrees to present TeraDream with material pertaining to ad design. A member of the TeraDream staff will consult the client and find out what they would like to have done for the ad. This will give TeraDream a general idea of what the client would like the ad to be. TeraDream will in turn present what it feels the design the client is trying to achieve. After consultation and presentation is complete an estimate of cost will be presented. Client must present TeraDream with all information. This includes the magazine's requirements. If proper dimensions are not given, TeraDream will not guarantee ad to be bled to the edge. Client must present any pictures or descriptions that are to be placed into the ad. A proof of ad will be presented to customer. Client is allotted two minor changes. Major ad reconstruction will only be allowed if the error is by TeraDream staff. Client change in idea after agreement has been signed, deposit taken and work begun, will be considered a new ad and as such will be charged accordingly. Completed ad is property of client, however TeraDream is allowed to use the ad in it's company portfolio.

Timeline:

If there is a deadline TeraDream would like to have material in hand at least two weeks in advance of deadline. If deadline is in the same week as work request there will be a charge added for rush service. TeraDream makes no guarantees that the ad will be done by a deadline if time given is unreasonable. Before ad construction begins TeraDream will notify client if completion is possible by time needed. 

Terms of Deposit:

A deposit is necessary for work to begin. A minimum of fifty percent, and up to one hundred percent, of the total bill needs to be paid and cleared through our bank before work begins. Work will not begin under any circumstances until a deposit is made. There are no exceptions to this rule.
